“Penyaluran beras ini menindaklanjuti arahandari Bapak PresidenRI untuk menyalurkan Cadangan Pangan Pemerintah tahun 2023,” ucap Bupati OKI melalui Sekretaris Daerah, Ir. Asmar Wijaya, M.Si, Rabu, (20/9/2023).

Sekda Asmar berharap bantuan pangan beras ini bisa membantu masyarakat khususnya yang kurang mampu, dalam rangka memenuhi kebutuhan pokok sehari-hari. Sehingga potensi kekurangan pangan bisa dikurangi.
“Semoga bantuan ini dapat membantu masyarakat dalam mencukupi kebutuhan pangan pokok terutama beras,” ujarnya.

Selain itu, Tambah dia untuk membantu mengendalikan harga-harga khususnya harga bahan pokok Pemkab dan Bulog juga melakukan operasi pasar.
“Operasi pasar yang dilakukan untuk menekan inflasi agar senantiasa bisa stabil,” Ujar dia.

Kepala Perum Bulog Sumsel, M. Alexander mengungkapkan penyaluran beras Cadang pangan pemerintah (CPP) kali ini merupakan termin keII.
“Tahap I dilaksanakan periode Maret, April dan Mei lalu. Untuk September sudah periode ke II,” Ujar Alex.

Dijelaskan Alex, dari 484.310 kg (484,3 Ton) beras yang dibagikan menyasar 48.431 keluarga penerima manfaat berdasarkan data by name by address (BNBA) yang diterima Perum Bulog dari Bapanas, Kemensos dan BKKBN dan per KPM akan menerima sejumlah 10kg beras.
“Data penerima berdasarkan intansi terkait,” Ujar Alex.
Alex menjamin stok beras di Kabupaten OKI aman hingga awal tahun 2024.
“Jangan khawatir dari sisi stok, beras di OKI aman. Apalagi OKI merupakan lumbung pangan beras. Untuk beras bantuan pemerintah ini Setiap KK akan menerima 10 kg per bulan, di kali tiga bulan jadi nanti ada30 kg, ya,” ujar dia. (Ril)
