“BUMdessebagai harus mampu menjadi simpul penggerak pembangunan ekonomi masyarakat di desa,” kata Nursula memberi sambutan pada acara Bimbingan Teknis Peningkatan Kompetensi Tata KelolaPemerintah Desa dan InovasiBUMDesa, di Jakarta, Kamis, (16/4/2024).
Mantankepaladinas Pemberdayaan Pemerintah dan Masyarakat Desa(DPMD)OKIini menyampaikan pembangunan desa menjadi salah satu fokus perhatianpemerintah guna mewujudkan struktur perekonomian daerahyangseimbang, berkembang, dan berkeadilan.
Oleh karenanya menurut dia, BUMDes menjadi lembagapentinguntuk mempercepat pertumbuhan ekonomi desadengan tetap bertumpu pada budaya lokal serta mampu memberdayakan masyarakat desa.
“Dengan adanya penyaluran Dana Desa serta didukung BUMN/BUMD dan perusahaan swasta sekitar diharapkan semakin memperkuat sumber daya pembangunan desa berkelanjutan,” harapnya.Photo Dok : Diskominfo OKI, Radarkeadilan.com
Sementara Kepala Dinas PMD OKI, Ari Mulawarman, S. STP., M. Si mengatakan dari 314 Desa di OKI, terdapat 304 Desa yang telah mendirkan BUMDesa.
“BUMDesa di OKI telah berjalan aktif dalam pengelolaannya sebesar 96,82persen. Untuk itu besar harapan kami, dengan melalui kegiatan ini dapat mendorong pengelolaan BUMDesa semakin baik,” terang dia.
Sementara guru besar Ilmu Pemerintahan Institut Pemerintahan Dalam Negeri(IPDN), Prof. Dr. Fernandes Simangunsong, S.STP., S.AP., M.Si mengatakan BUMDesa dibentuk oleh pemerintah desa untuk mendayagunakan segala potensi ekonomi, kelembagaan perekonomian, Serta potensi sumber daya alam dan sumber daya manusia dalam rangka meningkatkan kesejahteraanmasyarakat desa.
“Secara Spesifiktidak bisa disamakan dengan Badan HukumSepertiPerseroan Terbatas, CV, atau Koperasi. Oleh karena Itu, BUMDesa merupakan suatu badan usaha bercirikan desa yang dalam pelaksanaan kegiatannya di samping untuk membantu penyelenggaraan pemerintahan desa, juga untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat desa,” Terangnya.
Terpenting tambah dia, BumDesa dalam kegiatannya tidak hanya berorientasi pada keuntungan tetapi juga berorientasi untuk kesejahteraan masyarakat desa. (Ril)
